Q.  Policies & Procedures and Quality Control:  Know what should be done and when it’s done right!

-Registries are complicated! Making them run efficiently and effectively takes planning and attention to detail.

Think about it...who at your registry knows how to review a file? Read a transcript? Data enter new or renewal information?

What if that person left?

How do you ensure consistency among new and current staff? If you have a P&P manual, there is no need to worry!

What is your data entry  rate of error? What type of errors are being made?  How are they being corrected? Learn to set up a system to monitor and correct errors to ensure quality data.
